The 12v power adapter that plugs into the wall gets too hot and shuts the light off every 3-5 seconds. This is the case for every single color except for red. (presumably because red color needs the least voltage)
I'm almost greateful that it turns off when overheating because the alternative would have been my house going up in flames. But that doesn't change the fact that it's just E-waste. Other than the adapter the light itself is fantastic. It's bright and vibrant and the adhesive is also effective.
I can excuse the crappy adapter since this is priced very competitively compared to rival offerings, but ensure that you have a dc power adapter with a barrel plug to spare before buying this. The spare I had lying around is 9v and its working just fine.

The brightness is really good it looks good and everything is fine but I am having a problem with one of its adapter as I ordered 2 so basically the adapter supplies power for a short period of time then stops for 1-5 seconds and then again supplies power.
